Scope of K2 implementation at Arid
Today, in K2 ERP, Arid manages complete information about its stock and keeps records of customers. The system also takes care of shipping, accounting and wages not only in the Czech head office, but also in the Slovak branch. They also manage their B2B and B2C portals directly in K2.
Interesting facts of the K2 ERP implementation
- The Czech head office and the Slovak branch work in a single K2 installation.
- K2 ERP makes it possible to use the bar codes of the manufacturer of stored article for registration. This eliminates the need to print your own barcodes and stick them on each product separately.
- The e-shop (in both B2B and B2C portal versions) is a direct part of K2. This eliminates potential problems with the synchronization of the e-shop with the warehouse records.
- Inventory in hospital warehouses is performed directly in the barcode scanner and the results are saved directly in the inventory sheets in K2 ERP.
- Thanks to K2, it is possible to remove specific article not only according to their type, but also according to a specific batch or expiration date.
