K2 alba
Every year we develop a new version of the business systém K2 for you. The latest one is called K2 alba and it is truly revolutionary - because it is the first fully web-based version ever released by a Czech or Slovak manufacturer of ERP systems. During the year, our developers spent 66,800 hours and solved more than 3,300 tickets to create the fastest and most intuitive version of the system with which you can really manage your business from anywhere and from any device. K2 alba brings a fundamental move in key areas – production, logistics, trade, economy or e-commerce. In the area of production, it brings a new standard of production management with the possibility of linking to data from the attendance system. In logistics, the Whisper warehouse voice guidance system is integrated, in e-commerce we have prepared a simple exchange of data with key players in the marketplace. We have also significantly simplified the search or login process. Accountants will be pleased with the automatic posting of documents, developers with advanced API functions, managers with business intelligence elements, and all of them with new graphics and a colorful user interface. K2 infoservis

Infoservis is our main communication channel with you. It contains not only the error reporting section, but also customer support ready to help you as quickly as possible. Infoservis also includes a discussion forum for a wide range of K2 users. It contains various topics, advice, tutorials and the experiences of other users.


K2 helpdesk
Our K2 helpdesk provides customer support for hardware and cloud services. If you have any problems with your IT infrastructure, our technicians will be happy to help you fix them immediately.

K2 documentation
Need to check how something works or whether your actions are the right ones? The complete online documentation of the K2 Information System can help you with this. It’s there for users, technicians and system administrators.

K2 TV
Our video portal provides a wide range of useful information. For example, we regularly record accounting video tips for you – short videos with tricks to make your daily work easier, or webinars designed for users and administrators. On K2 TV you will also find recordings of our conferences or accounting seminars.

Operating rules of the data center
These Operating Regulations establish binding rules, conditions and procedures related to the operation of the K2 data center in Ostrava at Koksární 1097/7 Street, 702 00. It is binding for all persons who enter or move around the premises of the K2 data center, while these persons are obliged to comply with these Operating Regulations.
