We organize webinars , trainings, seminars and workshops, to which you can register by filling out the form. On this basis, we process your personal data, which you fill out in the registration form for the purpose of registering for an event organized by K2 atmitec s.r.o. The data provided in the form will be processed exclusively for the purpose of communication related to participation in this event and the subsequent distribution of additional materials after its end.

Based on filling out the form on our website, we send you an e-book in which we guide you through the selection of an ERP system. You can write to us, call us, request a reference visit or fill out an inquiry form. We process personal data for the purpose of contacting K2 atmitec s.r.o. The data provided in the form will be processed exclusively for the purpose of verifying interest in the services or products of K2 atmitec s.r.o.

You can find currently available jobs on our website https://tym.k2.cz. On this website, you have the opportunity to apply for the selection process for some of the currently advertised positions. We may need your personal data in order to conduct a selection process with you for a job position or to contact you with job offers in the future.

What data do we process? This is the data that you provide us in the submitted CV. First and last name, address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail, possibly a link to social networks, information about former employment, education, interests, abilities, certifications and other information you submit.

How long do we keep data? The data is processed for 10 years from the last update of the processed personal data, unless otherwise stipulated by the contract.

On what basis do we process your personal data?

We obtain and process all Personal Data in a lawful manner. We process personal data:

• based on your consent (e.g. when you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter),
• for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation (e.g. in the case of supervision by a supervisory authority),
• based on our legitimate interest (e.g. if you are our customer, so that we can inform you about what is new with us).

• Right of access. You have the right to access the personal data we process about you.
• Right to correction. You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Right to withdraw consent. If we process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data. You can withdraw your consent by email at gdpr@k2.cz.
• Right to erasure. You have the right to delete your personal data that we hold about you. If your personal data is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was processed; we process your data illegally or there is a legal reason that requires the deletion of this personal data, then we will delete or anonymize the data requested by you.
• Right to restriction of processing. If you feel that your personal data is incorrect, you can request that we limit the processing of your personal data to the time necessary to verify their accuracy and, if necessary, correct them.
• Right to portability. You have the right to ask us to provide you with your personal data in a structured and commonly used machine-readable format. We will provide them to another administrator at your request.
