Czech Aerosol is the largest Czech manufacturer of aerosol products. The company is proud of its own technical development and more than sixty years of tradition. Thanks to this, today it is able to satisfy the needs of customers in Europe as well as in Africa or North America. The company mainly develops and produces products for body cosmetics, hair cosmetics, car cosmetics, footwear, as well as household chemicals and insect repellents.

Scope of K2 implementation at Czech Aerosol
Today, the K2 information system is used in practically all agendas at Czech Aerosol. Employees thus work with all parts of the information system available to them. During the last system update, the complete implementation of the ERP and MES system in one common solution took place. With regard to production in an explosive environment, high demands are placed on workers and the information system in the area of accuracy, evaluation and monitoring of work procedures.

By implementing the new production system into the existing K2 system, it was possible to maximally simplify the entire passage of material and its transformation into final products, making it more transparent and eliminating the error rate caused by the natural human factor. This is what we were most interested in from the moment we decided to deploy such a system. However, by connecting with logistics, production planning and quality control and connecting to other modules of the K2 system, we gained added value that we didn't even expect at the beginning.
