Implementation project
Each project includes a detailed analysis of company processes and how existing economic or information systems are used. The result is a proposal for optimizing company processes and managing them through the K2 system. The implementation project also defines the exact scope of work and customisations and serves as the basis for the final price offer.


Licences
We license the K2 system based on the number of users working in the system simultaneously, not by modules. The system administrator can assign reserved licences to selected users, ensuring them access regardless of the number of users currently logged in. Within a single licence, the customer may manage any number of legally related companies.


System installation and custom adjustments
The first step in deploying K2 is its standard installation. It is then configured and customised to match the company’s specific needs and requirements. This includes special tools and functions created exclusively for your company that are not part of the standard installation.


Data conversion
When switching to the K2 ERP system, important data must be transferred from previous systems. We create import bridges to ensure that your data is accessible in the new environment – safely, clearly, and without loss.


Training and support during go-live operation
Before the system goes live, we train your employees so they can work efficiently with the system. This ensures smooth operation of company processes and proper evaluation of data. After deployment, our consultants assist you with the system’s adoption in real-world operation.




Price of system operation


Maintenance fee
The basic maintenance fee is based on the list price of the K2 enterprise system licence. It includes legislative updates, continuous system adjustments, and its technological and long-term development. The fee can be extended with additional services such as on-call support, regular consultant visits, hotline, incident management, or system upgrades.

System upgrade
JAs technologies, market environments and company needs evolve, ERP systems gradually become outdated. That is why we continuously develop K2 and release a new version every year with improved tools and features. The upgrade includes installation, testing, and any necessary updates of custom tools created for your company. We can assist you with the upgrade, or you can carry it out internally.
