Attendance is the foundation of the system
Correct and accurate attendance data is essential today not only for manufacturing companies. That is why we are developing a module called the Attendance System in the K2 Information System. Your employees' working time data is thus securely stored directly in your system, without the need for third-party systems. If the attendance system is part of the information system, you simply have an overview of presence or absence at the workplace.
Thanks to web K2, both the employer and the employee have an overview of attendance available anywhere and at any time.

Data simply straight into the system
Through web K2, the module can be run on most modern devices and have everything quickly and clearly stored directly in your K2. It uses both virtual and fixed attendance terminals, for which we offer our own hardware solution. We connect the attendance module with the entire company system.
Attendance processing in different ways
The K2 system enables a wide range of options for processing attendance. You can use processing based on passes through the attendance terminals, from the Project registration and management module in IS K2, based on the defined working time model or from information from the Production management module.
Intuitive overview for employees
The employee portal enables employees to clearly navigate important information. Whether it is vacation balances, sick days, differences in hours worked against the fund or a clear display of all processed attendance. At the same time, it monitors the passage through the attendance terminals and also provides the possibility to use a virtual attendance terminal. In addition, it displays personal information available to the employer, allows entering planned absences or absences or displaying payslips.
Automatic assignment of shifts and solving priorities
The K2 system can assign an adequate shift based on the employee's arrival time and evaluate attendance based on it. In the same way, it can prioritize absences with a higher priority for individual types of absences during attendance processing, according to the entered priorities.
Taking a photograph of an employee
When passing through individual terminals, it is possible to save a photo of the employee currently taken for each pass, thus facilitating retrospective control. At the same time, this also contributes to the safety of the company as such.

Worker portal
In order for employees to have easy access to attendance data, it is possible, for example, to set up a kiosk in the production hall where each employee can log into K2 with the same chip they use for attendance and view the data.
Attendance terminal
In addition to vacation balances and the current balance, employees can also view information about the last passes through the attendance terminals directly on the attendance terminal.
