Efficient transport lines
Companies that distribute their products to their customers every day need to make the most of their transport lines. You define them in the long term according to the requirements of regular customers or branches. You can take into account when a store or dispensary is open, at what time of day it needs to receive article or on what day it needs to be stocked. Based on current customer requirements, these routes are then automatically planned and optimized so that your drivers have the easiest job possible.

Do you need to serve more places in the selected region as quickly and efficiently as possible? It's as simple as entering this list of addresses into the route planner. It then automatically finds and plans the most efficient route. K2 uses the services of Route XL or the top API Triss environment of the Czech company Solvertech, which also takes current traffic information into account. In addition, the system fills in the estimated arrival times for individual locations for both the driver and the customer.
Driver log
The Driver log function within the K2 system allows you to keep a clear agenda of all your drivers and work and non-work trips. In addition to the classic logbook, which you fill in manually, thanks to K2 you have the option of automatically transferring travel orders to the logbook. Thanks to its openness, the K2 system will also enable connection to external GPS navigation and monitoring systems.

Examples of use
Paperless transport
The driver can have everything he/she needs on his/her smartphone and there is no need for him/her to leave for the delivery with a bundle of paper documents. Thanks to mobile K2, driver always has up-to-date information about the planned route and stops. And after handing over article, the customer can sign the delivery note digitally, and it will then immediately arrive in his/her e-mail box. All actions are immediately recorded in K2, so the logistics manager has a perfect overview of the progress of the work.
The state of the fleet under control
Using the Maintenance module, K2 allows you to record and plan regular service inspections. It is also possible to establish maintenance requirements in case something needs to be checked on the vehicle. Thanks to notifications directly in K2, you are not in danger of, for example, not having time to change to winter tires on a certain car or driving with a passed technical inspection.
Cost evaluation for each vehicle
Thanks to the use of the available analytical axis in each document, it is possible to record costs and revenues for each vehicle or other work equipment. In this way, it is possible to determine in good time the time when the costs of operation, service and maintenance of the given vehicle are no longer effective.
