How does the implementation of K2 work?

  • Analysis of business processes

    The first step is the processing of a project of implementation, as part of which we carry out a detailed analysis of business processes and the existing economic and information systems. The individual processes are then described and then ways of their optimisation is proposed.

  • Installing and K2 set up

    The installation of a standard version of the K2 Information System follows; its adaptation or extension to custom-fit the company according to the specifications of the project implementation. As part of this step, data will be transferred from the original systems, plus creation of links to external services and tools.

  • Training of employees

    After installing and setting up of the K2 information system, all employees who are to run the system will need to be trained. The training can be carried out either directly in the company or in our official training centers.

  • Assistance during real operation of the system

    The last step in implementing our ERP system is its deployment into full operation. During the first days our consultants are present in the company and help the users with the first steps in real-time operation.
