Scope of K2 implementation at Epico
Epico implemented K2 ERP in 2019 and uses it mainly to process customer orders, organize production and fully ensure operation and dispatch at the warehouse . One of Epica's sales channels are B2B portals, which are operated directly in the K2 system. There is no need for any additional e- shop solution and its synchronization with the information system. B2B portals work with the same data as the entire ERP system.

Goods that are not in stock are automatically ordered. If the order is completely covered, K2 ERP issues a shipping order. With the use of mobile terminals, warehouse workers can work on the completion of production and orders. Subsequently, the packages are prepared for dispatch according to the carriers."
